Meg Bond (UK)
Based in London UK, Meg Bond is an educator, trainer, clinical supervisor and author who specialises in the personal, interpersonal and group skills that underpin professional development. Her health care background includes public health nursing in the UK and Australia.
Before setting up the consultancy GO education - Group & One-to-One Education, Meg was Director of the Professional Development Programme of the Human Potential Resource Group, University of Surrey and taught the Facilitator Styles course (Diploma in Humanistic Psychology).
Recent GO education contracts have been mostly in the NHS and voluntary sector but other work has included training trainers in group facilitation skills, team building, coaching and counselling skills training in business and industry.
Meg has been developing models for clinical supervision training over the last 19 years and has facilitated over 200 in-house clinical supervision skills training courses within NHS Trusts throughout the UK, as well as 5 longer-term clinical supervision trainer training projects. She is co-author, with Stevie Holland, of 'Skills of Clinical Supervision for Nurses; a practical guide for supervisees, clinical supervisors and managers', published by OU Press.
