Jane Wexler (Aust)

Commonth logoJane Wexler has worked extensively with corporate, government, community and not-for-profit organisations in Australia and China providing leadership and executive coaching, supervision, social research and evaluation. She is a highly experienced educator, and has taught hundreds of social work students across six Australian universities, and business studies to vocational education students in Shanghai. Jane has a Master's degree in Social Work and Certification in Executive Coaching with the Institute of Executive Coaching, a centre of excellence for executive coaching and innovative practice in Australia and the Asia-Pacific.  

Jane has held leadership and management positions as co-publisher and co-owner of a successful Melbourne entertainment magazine with a circulation of 28,000 and readership of 100,000, and currently as director of her own consulting business in executive coaching, supervision and social research. She combines a unique blend of skills in social work, business, research and education with an interest in eastern philosophy and dissolving some of the boundaries between disciplines. Her approach to supervision is based on a commitment to authentic relationships, developing self-mastery and using effective tools.

Jane's work life is balanced by a long involvement in the arts and entertainment industries and she is an accomplished singer/songwriter.
